Founded in Tucson, Bon Voyage Travel begins helping Southern Arizona travelers plan unforgettable vacations with personalized service and expert guidance.
Becoming Tucson’s Corporate Travel Leader
Originally focused primarily on airline ticketing, Bon Voyage Travel transitions into corporate travel and grows to become Tucson’s largest corporate travel agency, with 16 branch offices throughout the city. As the corporate division continues to expand, BVT moves its corporate travel headquarters to Phoenix.
Wildcat Travel
The University of Arizona names Bon Voyage Travel the Official Travel Partner of Arizona Athletics. Over the next 38 years, Wildcat Travel escorts thousands of fans across the country from Maui to New York City to cheer on their beloved team at away games, bowl appearances, and Final Fours.
The Big One Cruise Sale Launches a New Era
Bon Voyage Travel begins expanding its focus from corporate travel to leisure with the launch of the annual Big One Cruise Sale, a major weekend event held each January. Continuing for more than 15 years, the sale helps establish BVT as a cruise travel leader and strengthens its relationships with the world’s leading cruise lines.
A Strategic Shift to Leisure Travel
BVT sells off the corporate travel division to World Travel Partners, who is currently BCD Travel, one of the world’s largest corporate travel companies.

Bon Voyage Travel launches CruiseInsider, a cruise-focused division/subsidiary that expands BVT’s reach beyond Arizona and connects travelers nationwide with cruise vacations.
