Low Price Guarantee
Our goal is to find you the best available price and most value for your vacation at the time of booking. We use industry-leading technology to update our advisors daily regarding all pricing and promotions to ensure you always get the best price and most perks.
However, if you happen to find a better price for an identical cruise and category or identical land tour or hotel package within 7 days of booking, we will either match that price or refund the difference – that's our Low Price Guarantee.
In order to qualify the following criteria must be met:
- Lower price must be current and available for at least 24 hours after discovery.
- Lower price must be published online and must be available to the general public; the "Low Price Guarantee" does not apply to special membership organization fares, credit card rewards, consolidators, groups, incentives, interline rates, past guest rates, or meeting and convention rates.
- You must provide the details of the lower retail rate in an email and fax to the Bon Voyage Travel advisor you booked with – email must include the current URL or Web site link that includes the lower price or better promotion, follow up with a faxed copy of the lower price and all related details to 1 (877) 734-6858.
- Lower price must be clear and offer must indicate a better price for the exact same cruise (same ship, sailing dates, cabin category, etc.) or identical land or hotel package that you purchased through us.
- The "Low Price Guarantee" only applies to the cost of the cruise or basic land package, including port charges, and does not apply to flights, land components, amenities, extras, resort fees, local taxes or other components or portions that are not part of the cruise or tour-only rate.
- If your purchased trip includes free promotional airfare, then the current and available airfare price must also be calculated into the best price fare. Proof of current airfare price for coinciding/matching departure and/or return dates must also be emailed to your advisor and followed up with a clearly marked faxed copy to 1 (877) 734-6858.
- Claims are eligible only if the lower rate is allowable within vendor guidelines. Any additional fees charged by the vendor or other 3rd parties such as booking, service, shipping, or handling fees will adjust the final price.
- If the lower price category is sold out then the rate guarantee does not apply. There must be availability on the lower price category in order for the "Low Price Guarantee" to apply.
If the above criteria are met, Bon Voyage Travel will review and process your refund immediately. Refund will be credited to the card you used to purchase your vacation and will be posted within 7-10 business days of final approval.

Any cancellation of this program will be effective upon removal of marketing links, images and references to the "Low Price Guarantee" and all related Terms and Conditions.
