Whitney was a life saver on a recent trip to Rome. She pulled off a last minute hotel switch that set up for a wonderful cruise. She is a true gem.

Whitney has changed our lives!!! The airport experience at both ends of the trip was a pleasure rather than a slog. There was a cart to take us around YVR and a wheelchair at the aircraft door in HKG.  We even got express treatment at HKG Immigration!
