How much does it cost to get in?
It's free!
Do I need to RSVP for a seat to a presentation?
No. Seating is first come first serve. It would be a good idea to look at the presentation schedule ahead of time so that you know what room holds the presentation(s) of your choosing.
Where should I park at Hilton El Conquistador?
You have several options. The map below shows 5 areas at the resort you are welcome to park. The RED circles indicate that a SHUTTLE service will be offered to take you to and from the lobby. The YELLOW circle indicates free valet offered. And the BLUE circle indicates a self-park lot within walking distance of the main entrance.
Where should I go for general questions during the day?
All Bon Voyage Travel Advisors will be wearing a royal blue polo and can be found in 2 places:
- Check-in desk located in the foyer just outside of Presidio Ballroom
- Bon Voyage Travel Booth located inside the Presidio Ballroom
If you are looking for a specific advisor, the check-in desk and the Bon Voyage Booth (located in the ballroom) will have that information.
When I enter the resort, where do I go to find the travel show?
As you enter the lobby of the resort, you will go to the right where you will see the Bon Voyage Travel sign. There will also be a desk set up in the Presidio lobby where you can show your ticket (emailed to you after you registered online) and simply enter the event.
What if I have specific questions for a cruise line or travel representative during their presentation? When / Where can I ask?
Before and after each presentation the representative will be at their booth. Please go there to ask any questions you may have. And don't forget, Bon Voyage Travel will have headquarters in the center of the ballroom where we can also assist with your questions!
Do I have to stay for the full duration of the day and attend all the presentations?
No. You are welcome to come and go as you please. You decide how many presentations you would like to attend. It all depends on what will best fit your needs!
Will there be exclusive offers?
Absolutely. Most of our travel partners will have a “Show Special” and it is only available if you attend! These deals are only good during the week following the travel show. Be sure to make an appointment to visit with a Bon Voyage Travel Advisor to take advantage of these great offers.
Will there be prizes?
What if I have lost my ticket or couldn't print it?
No problem. You will simply give us your name and we will have you in our system.
