The Ship and Service Celebrity is my cruise line of choice, as they offer relaxing cruises to great places. They are just a touch above most lines with very special treatment for all travelers. It’s a great cruise line for all ages—younger, older, and in between.
We were well taken care of in our Concierge room with afternoon snacks, preferred treatment, and overall luxury. Dining was upscale but not pretentious, and the spa was the perfect quiet getaway. The Destinations We made the most of our day and a half in San Francisco with the overnight stay. Going under the Golden Gate Bridge on our ship was quite a memorable experience. The Ensenada Wine tour gave us a great “taste” of Baja California wines. We toured and tasted at L.A. Cetto, the biggest and best. The Takeaway There were so many must-see places on this itinerary! Alcatraz Island is not to be missed. Monterey Bay Aquarium is one of the best places in the country to see marine life. Santa Barbara has a great trolley tour of the city that includes the mission.
