Patti has worked in the travel industry for 18 years. Initially, she wanted to become a travel agent because she enjoyed traveling. However, after becoming an agent, she quickly realized that there was much more to it than that. She found that she truly enjoyed making travel plans for her clients, finding the right trip, making sure everything goes as planned, and even small things like filling out immigration information and other documents. She says her clients treat her like a special friend rather than their travel agent. In the past, Patti has escorted a group of 26 seniors on a Holland America Alaska Cruise tour for 14 days. She loves cruising and has traveled all over the Caribbean, Mexico & Alaska.
