How much does it cost to get in?It’s free!
Do I need to RSVP for a seat to a presentation?No. Seating for the presentation is first come first serve. It would be a good idea to look at the presentation schedule ahead of time so that you know what room holds the presentation(s) of your choosing.
Where should I park at The Westin La Paloma?La Paloma offers valet parking for a fee and free self-parking. There are two levels for self-parking as indicated by the red and blue arrows on this map.
Will there be prizes?Yes! Drawings will be held during the day and names will be on the white board at the front of the ballroom where the entries are turned in. The grand prize winner will be announced on our website on Monday.
Where should I go for general questions during the day?Bon Voyage Travel Headquarters (Ask An Advisor) will be located in the center of the Canyon Ballroom. There will be plenty of Bon Voyage Travel Advisors to help you plan your next vacation. We will be wearing green scarves along with name badges. If you are looking for a specific advisor, the check-in desk and the Bon Voyage Booth will have that information.
When I enter the resort, where do I go to find the travel show?As you enter the lobby of the resort, you will go to the right where you will see the Bon Voyage Travel sign and the registration table to check in.
What if I have specific questions for a cruise line during their presentation? When / Where can I ask?Before and after each of the presentations the representative of that cruise line will be upstairs at their booth. Please go there to ask any questions you may have. And don’t forget, Bon Voyage Travel will have headquarters in the center of the ballroom where we can also assist with your questions!
Do I have to stay for the full duration of the day and attend all the presentations?No. You are more than welcome to come and go as you please. You can choose as many or as few presentations to attend. It all depends on what will best fit your needs!
Will there be exclusive offers?Absolutely. Most of our travel partners will have a “Show Special” and it is only available if you attend! These deals are only good during the week following the travel show. Be sure to make an appointment to visit with a Bon Voyage Travel Advisor to take advantage of these great offers.
Will there be prizes?Yes! Drawings will be held at the end of select presentations. The grand prize winner of a 7-day cruise for two will be announce on our website – bvtravel.com – on Monday, February 5th.
